1) The Marketplace forum is specially for our Genkians only. Commercial entities are not allowed to advertise in here. If you want to advertise at our forum, please approach us by contacting us and we'll give you more information from there.

2) OhGenki is not liable for any illness or injury or any other damage caused by your use of purchased/swapped/sold/traded products. Use of this forum and purchasing/selling/trading/swapping will be at your own risk. Even though OhGenki does monitor the postings on the site for accuracy or reliability, OhGenki can make no warranty as to the accuracy or reliability of any information posted on the site. OhGenki does not guarantee or have information regarding the quality or safety of any of the products sold / bought / swapped / traded. So you are responsible for your own well being here. We advice all Genkians to be careful here. When in doubt, ASK.

3) The choice to purchasing, the terms of any sale and the safety and health precautions you take or choose not to take are solely your responsibility. OhGenki is not responsible and will not compensate paritcipants in any way for trades conducted by OhGenki participants and will not deliver any products. While OhGenki encourages honest sales, OhGenki has no responsibility for the fairness or completion of any sale.

4) OhGenki does not take responsibility for the posting's accuracy or descriptions as it is usually an opinion of one and NOT OhGenki's. OhGenki will not be held accountable for misleading information nor be made to compensate buyers in any way. OhGenki reserves the rights to close/delete any threads which it deems unfit to be in this category.

5) You can have as many sale lists in this OhGenki Marketplace forum, but not have duplicated ones. Threads like this will be removed and you might be issued an infraction (warning) or a ban.

6) You cannot 'bump' your thread right after posting it. If you do so, your thread will be removed totally and you might be issued an infraction (warning).

7) No advertising of your own online website / store / auction / blog. No external linking allowed. You can however post your contact details here. Like your name, phone number, Facebook profile etc. But once again, OhGenki will not be responsible for anything that happens to you. Do note that you can always use the PM (private messaging) function to personally contact the seller/buyer.

8) No posting of threads that contains explicit materials, like sex toys, porn or anything else illegal and not allowed in Singapore as we'll remove that and you will be issued an infraction (warning) or a ban. Please keep it all clean and safe. Most Genkians here are youths.

9) Strictly no scamming or cheating any of our Genkians. Any foul play caught here will land you in serious trouble. Our staff will not hesitate to ban you or remove the blessing of letting you post in The Marketplace forum. If you have been cheated or scammed, please contact the OhGenki staff immediately.
