    1. stop taking sugar in all form
    2. stop taking fats or oils in all form, but you can cook food in olive oil.

    Try to drink 8 glasses of water a day.If you avoid pop,coffee, and anything else in which having lots of sugar.So you can loose your weight easily...

    Ideal amount of water to be consumed daily is your mass x 30ml of water, with a minimum of 2.2litres per day in sips.

    First litre to be consumed 1 hour before breakfast over a duration of 30 mins.

    second litre to be consumed 30 mins before lunch time. same as the breakfast, 1hours before 30 mins duration.

    third litre and above to be spread out between the 2 sessions.

    This will assist your body to hydrate sufficiently.

    and by drinking water alone will help to burning calories already.

    Water is the best medicine to reduce your weight..Eat less carbs and have more proteins..regular exercise and playing any kind of sports will also help in reducing your weight..
